DIJ Pencil Board Page

A short intro about pencil boards:
For those of you that don't know, "shitajiki" is the Japanese word for pencil boards.
The Japanese use these when they write. They put one under a piece of paper so that the pencil/pen doesn't leave marks on the pages underneath. Pencil boards are usually made of stiff plastic but there are also some made from stiff (almost cardboard-like) paper. Here in Japan, you can find them with many images on them, for example, Japanese anime characters, popular TV personalities or singers, movies, or popular characters like those from Disney.

Here are a few pencil boards/shitajiki that I have in my collection.
As I get more scanned, I will add them here.
