        How to order:
        Send an email to celmart@celmart.com. (PLEASE NOTE THE NEW EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ORDERS!) The following information MUST be included:
        • Item numbers of the cels and goods you are wanting to order
        • Your name
        • Your mailing address
        • Your telephone number
        • Your payment way - Select the payment way in the below list
        Not including any of the above information could cause your order to be delayed and put at the bottom of the list.
        Please do not send emails saying:
        • "I am interested in......"
        • "Could you hold the items while I decide?"
        These types of emails will not be taken as orders and will get no reply.
        ONLY send orders for items that you are for sure you are wanting.

        How to pay:
        Payment should be sent one of the following ways:

        FOR US customers:
        1. United States International Postal Money Order(the pink one....click for a picture) 
        2. US$ cash by the registered airmail (sent at your own risk)

        For European Customers:
        1. US$ cash by the registered airmail (sent at your own risk)
        2. Japanese Yen postal transfer
        3. Since I have postal giro account, you may transfer money in Japanese yen to me through Eurogiro.

        FOR Canadian customers:
        1. International postal money order advice system - YEN transfer only

        Payment must be made within one week.
        For payments sent via the post office, the envelope should be postmarked within 7 days of your order. Of course mailed payment will not arrive here in Japan  within 7 days but you should have mailed it at your post office within 7 days.
        Payment must be made in full in a single payment. No layaways.
        NOTE on MONEY ORDERS:
        Recently there have been many cases of people saying they have sent in a money order when they did not. Please keep your receipt for your money order. If your money order doesn't arrive within a reasonable period, you will need to send CelMart the money order number on the receipt so CelMart can try and do a trace from this end. If you cannot provide the money order number, your order will be cancelled.

         
        Shipping:
        Items are sent from Japan via the post office.
        Most cels can be sent EMS (express mail fully insured) to USA and Canada for $14 up to 3 standard size cels or $7 small packet airmail for up to 3 standard size cels.
        The shipping cost to Europe is US$15 by EMS or US$7 by uninsured airmail. 
        Shipping costs are determined by weight.
        Items sent EMS are fully insured. However, items sent small packet CANNOT be insured.
        CelMart will not be responsible for lost or damaged items sent small packet.

        Policy:

        All items except those clearly marked "Lottery Item" are sold on a first come, first serve basis. For special policies on Lottery Items please see the Lottery Item section below.

        Items are sold as is. Prices will reflect whether the cel is stuck to the drawing, line fading, etc. If there is a major problem, it will be noted where possible.

        If you cancel your order, CelMart may cancel future orders at CelMart's discretion.
        If payment is late, CelMart may cancel future orders at CelMart's discretion.

        CelMart takes great pride in providing quality items and quick service. CelMart does not sell fake items.

         
        Lottery Items:

        These are items that CelMart feels might be popular with many collectors. Having a lottery lets collectors who might not be online when new items are uploaded to have a chance at buying them.

        Lottery Items are clearly marked. If you would like to buy a lottery item, send it in with the item number and other information as you would a regular order. You must email this information in by the time stated on the lottery. A lottery will be held on the date stated on the item. The lottery consists of all names being put in a bowl and one will be drawn. The winner will have the lottery item added to their order.

         
        TIPS and HINTS:
        How to get your items quickly How to slow down your order
        • Use clear, easy to understand English
        • Include your telephone number with your order so you can be contacted quickly in case there are any problems.
        • Send an order to the wrong email address. Please note the new email address for orders!!
        • Send vague emails like "I am interested in....". These types of emails will not be considered an order and will get no reply.
        • Send emails with hard to understand slang.
        • Ask many questions without bothering to read this FAQ like "Is this cel a fake?" or "Do you do layaways?".
        • Send a money order that is not a US international postal money order.This will result in the cancelation of your order.
